Hello there! :) and welcome,I made this page in dedication to all those people including myself who wake up every morning of their lives and struggle to acomplish one of the greatest goals that some will ever encounter in life"Losing weight" and believe me if you have ever had a weight problem and tried to go on a diet and exercise at the same time then you know just how hard it is,its no fun at all and it takes time and an enormous amount of will power, I myself know this because I have been in and out of diets for about 2 years now and it gets so frustrating at times and the depression of trying so hard to lose the weight and at the same time not getting the results as quick as you want is none less then terrible and I guess that brings me to the reason why I created this website today,I want people to know that they are not alone out there that everyday people get up and have to experience the same kind of depression and struggle and that we as one should all support one another together. and so I decided one day that I wanted to make a page where everyone could come and tell me their personal stories about how they suceeded in losing weight so that maybe with a little encouragement these stories might possibly help someone else out there in their time of need.I also am inviting you to write me with any suggestions and comments that any of you out there may have,and questions if you have any it may take some time but I promise that everyone of your stories will be posted some time or another on my page,so please be patient.I want to encourage everyone to reward themselves with what they have acomplished so far and would like to add that my prayers are with every single one of you,good luck and keep up the good work. thanks.......from a person who knows. | |||||||||||||||||||||||
